Доброе утро, уважаемые коллеги,Перевожу про мусороперерабатывающий завод, подскажите, пожалуйста, что могло бы означать «AIR POLLUTION CONTROL RESIDUES» в приведенном ниже контексте (пункт 2), которое в дальнейшем на протяжении всего документа фигурирует как APS RESIDUES. Я пока тупо пишу «зольная пыль», ибо в том же пункте 2 было сказано, что этот residue ее содержит, но у меня есть сильные сомнения по поводу правильности. Буду признателен за любые подсказки или ссылки. The Contract Party’s assessment indicates that approximately 70,000t of material will be sent to landfill annually. Air Pollution Control (APC) residues, which are a mixture of fly ash, organic pollutants (including dioxins and furans), carbon and alkaline salts in powder form, are classified as hazardous waste. They are generated from processes associated with the operation of Solid Waste combustion (approximately 80% generated by this route) and other thermal waste treatments. They are classified as hazardous waste as they can cause lung damage and skin irritations.
