Помогите мне перевести пару пунктов из контракта, как это принято с точки зрения бизнес-языка, плиззз
2.4. Оплата товара производится в рублях на расчет-ный счет Продавца в течение 14 (Четырнадцати) ка-лендарных дней с момента получения товара, если иное не оговаривается сторонами дополнительно.
2.5. Датой оплаты по настоящему Контракту считается дата списания соответствующих денежных средств со счета Покупателя.

Могу предложить такой вариант (ИМХО):

2.4. The payment for the goods shall be effected to the Seller's settlement account within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

2.5. The date of debiting the Seller's account for the corresponding amount shall be considered the date of payment hereunder.

КАК ВАРЬЯНТ:
2.4. Payment for the goods shall be made in Rubles to the Seller's account within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the goods have been received unless otherwise agreed (upon) by the parties.
2.5. A date the Buyer's account is debited accordingly shall be deemed the due date hereunder.

Also, I would change 2.5 to read:

2.5. The "payment date," as understood under this Contract (or, for purposes of this Contract), shall be the date when the funds are withdrawn from Buyer's account. OR .. the date the payment settles against Buyer's account.
