Никак не могу понять, какое отношение имеет слово mobilisation к пункту о неустойке. Вот сам пункт:
Delay liquidated damages for mobilisation shall accrue at a rate of USD 10,000 per each calendar day by which the Services or part thereof is delayed subject to an aggregate cap of 10%. Кто-нибудь сталкивался?
Я перевела следующим образом:
Сумма исключительной договорной неустойки за задержку mobilisation начисляется по ставке десять тысяч (10.000) долларов США за каждый календарный день задержки оказания Услуг или их части, в совокупности не более 10%.
Как перевести mobilisation? Помогите, пожалуйста.

имхо, здесь mobilisation в след. значении -
"Mobilization shall consist of preparatory work and operations, including, but not limited to, those necessary for the movement of personnel, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to the site; for the establishment of all offices, buildings, and other facilities necessary for the Work; and for all other work and operations which must be performed, or costs incurred, prior to beginning the Work, as well as all demobilization costs"
