Confirm that a bar stock is touched to the face of cut-off tool or stopper and then push the cutting torque button. After that push the cycle start button.(The bar stock should be clamped by finger at this moment.)

stopper - ограничитель?
finger - штифт?

cutting torque button - кнопка регулировки крутящего момента? Как нажатием кнопки можно регулировать крутящий момент?
