Не могу понять смысла "if, which is not admitted". Контекст далее:

Paragraph 27 is denied. Further or alternatively, if which is not admitted, W made the alleged statement at Paragraph 27 (c), paragraph 46 above is repeated.

Further or alternatively, if, which is not admitted, W made the alleged or any representations referred to in Paragraph 22 to H, it is denied that W was entitled to make the alleged or any representation which was not consistent the terms of the Agreement entered into by VP, W and Valeriya on or about 1 September 2009.

Т.е. если будет установлено, что W made the alleged statement at Paragraph 27 (c) (но само это обстоятельство вводится лишь гипотетически и тут же оспаривается, чему и служит оборот which is not admitted), сторона-автор данного документа воспроизведет контраргумент, приведенный в paragraph 46 above.
