Subject: which would not have been incurred had gen. Народ, помогите плиз, думаю что опять столкнулся с неграмотностью писавшего. Смысл статьи уловил, но вот это предложение... "which would not have been incurred had CONTRACTOR not defaulted in its obligations". Как Вы понимаете смысл данной писанины?Where CONTRACTOR fails to perform its obligations under the CONTRACT which results in COMPANY incurring costs or loss, which would not have been incurred had CONTRACTOR not defaulted in its obligations, then COMPANY shall be entitled to recover from CONTRACTOR such costs or loss by way of deduction from any payment due to CONTRACTOR or recovery by other means as a debt due from CONTRACTOR.
