Without limiting in any way the scope of any obligations and/or liabilities of Contractor, Contractor shall procure, or cause to be procured, and maintain, at its expense and for the duration of this Contract, the insurance policies described below with a cross liability provision if requested by Company with financially responsible insurance companies and with policy limits, effective through primary and excess coverage, not less than those indicated. Contractor’s invoices shall not be paid by Company until Contractor provides such insurance provisions as described in this Article 10
