Вот вопрос возник - по сабжу.

определение нашла:
The "natural expansion" doctrine provides the owner of a trademark for certain goods or services or in a specific geographic area is given protection for that mark on other goods or services or in a contiguous geographic area that is deemed a natural area of expanded use of the trademark.

Но по-русски не удалось найти сложившихся вариантов - можно сказать Концепция естественного расширения (прав?) ?
