«за нарушение сроков Поставки Товара Продавец уплачивает штраф в размере 0.5 % в день от стоимости не поставленного в срок товара, но не более 5 % от стоимости не поставленного товара». В связи с тем, что нарушение сроков поставки Товара составили более 10 дней, пеня начисляется в размере 5 % от стоимости непоставленного в срок Товара.
