вместо sent - наверное, лучше shipped

В контракте могут быть сlauses или articles, либо уже paragraphs

Совершенно верно. Contract (line) item - это позиция в договоре - предмет поставки или вид услуг, предоставляемых по договору. В вашем случае надо paragraph, но можно и clause.
