The procedure for updating clients' internal ratings on transactions involving credit risks

The Present Procedure determines the acts of concerned units of UniCredit Bank (hereafter “UCB”, “Bank”) in the implementation of the regular (quarterly) monitoring of the financial standing:
• corporate borrowers, issuers, SME clients
• guarantors, pledgors, group of companies , other legal entities if their financial status is taken into consideration in estimating the credit risk of the transaction;
• pledgors if provided collateral is taken into consideration in creation of loan loss provision, loan indebtedness and similar debt and credit contingent liability (hereinafter all of these persons are referred to as “Client (s)”) in order to satisfy the requirements № 254-P and № 283-P of the Bank of Russia, as well as intra-Techniques and Procedure .

Hereinafter the following definition are used in the Procedure:

Client division – division of the Bank, responsible for cliant acquisition, for collection of documents and maintaining cliant relations, for the sale of loan products, responsible for application processing for credit products, as well as the arrangement of transactions with credit risk. In the implementation of this Procedure, the Client division is understood as Corporate Customers Department, Corporate Customers Department (Regions), Real Estate Financing Department and Finance Department, the relevant units of the Bank branches, representative offices of employees as well as other units obligated with the above mentioned responsibilities.

The more detailed description of the Bank's claint segmentation is enshrined in the Common credit policy of ZAO UniCredit Bank.
2 Regular monitoring of the Group’s financial position is carried out in case of the Borrower's obligations in providing consolidated statements or consolidated financial statements of credit management on a periodic basis.
3 The creation of provisions’ methodology under the Bank of Russia from 26.03.2004. № 254-P “Concerning the Procedure for organisations of loan provisions for possible bad debts, for loan indebtedness and similar debts”.
4 The Procedure of creation of provisions methodology under the Bank of Russia from 20.03.2006. № 283-P “Concerning the Procedure for organisations of loan provisions for possible bad debts”.

Я тоже не читал, но, простите, "The Procedure of creation of provisions methodology", “Concerning the Procedure for organisations of...", "the following definition are used..." и "the Bank's claint segmentation is enshrined" выглядит не совсем по-английски...
