General requirements
The following minimum inspection activities must be preformed:
Material test certificates review
Visual and dimensional check
Material Test Certificates.
Data sheet with mechanical properties and physical characteristics is required for disk material.
Certificate of compliance 2-1 is required for carbon steel materials except if **over specific requirement indicated in part 2 of SR and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). Не могу понять, как "присоединить" часть, идущую после "except if" Что тут означает "over"? Спасибо.
