Subject: нечеловеческое везение lit. Пожалуйста, помогите перевести нечеловеческое везение. Выражение встречается в следующем контексте: Ну ты даешь! Нечеловеческое везение! Заранее спасибо :)

Yes, you're right, I know about the rule, and I made a mistake when I wrote "his". On the other side, dfdfdf is mentioned in the sentence, and that would indicate that we should know who the subject is. It is not an abstract he/she. It would be weird for me to write: dfdfdf made no impression on lepeza, due to their shyness.. if you know what I mean. |

| I would just like to say that I'm actually very sorry I ever asked for any help on this forum. In the two (of four) questions I posted, I was attacked several times and on top of everything I was asked why I am even doing translation if I'm so bad at it. There are quite a few characters around here and I feel like I shouldn't get such negative reactions simply for asking for help, isn't it what it's all about here? lepeza, it is all up to you, but i think the best thing you can do is be realistic and fair in your judgment. this is a free forum - in the sense that there is no money or any other payment involved. so, nobody helping you gets paid. nobody knows you. why would any of these people spend their time solely to solve your problems and increase your productivity? they don't and they won't. pretty much everybody is looking to also have some fun. sometimes at your (asker's) expense, sometimes at nobody's expense (but still in your thread). if you do not take it personally, it's gonna be easier for you ;) you do not pay for the help. your only expense is having to sift through some crap in your thread. BTW figuring out what is crap and what is gems is part of the fun; it is gonna be easier for you if you can learn to enjoy it ;)) |
