Пожалуйста, помогите перевести сабж в следующем контексте:

The Process Trade Book is a master customs supervision document belonging to companies who deal with manufacturing trade to register import and export movements of goods.

All goods imported and registered into the Process Trade Book shall be exempt of duties & taxes provided they are duly re-exported under the set regulations. The application and registration of information is subject to Chinese Customs approval before arrival of goods in China.
