В случае, когда это определяется результатами наблюдения за судебным процессом, и после получения информации от судебного наблюдателя о том, что “Rule of Law Letter” следует адресовать каждому из предназначенных для этого лиц в стране, где проходил судебный процесс, подобное послание именуется «Rule of Law Letter». |
