The Aortic Body and the Iliac Limb/Extension stent grafts are manufactured from nitinol and PTFE, with platinum used as radiopaque markers (Iliac Limb and Iliac Extension stent grafts only).
The Aortic Body nitinol stent and stent attachment ring are laser-cut from nitinol tubes. They are then shape set and surface treated. The stent anchors are trimmed and the stent is tested for radial force. The stent and stent attachment rings are then inspected and incorporated into the stent graft.
