У меня выходит нечто вроде:

The board of directors of XYZ has approved statements envisioning the company’s technical and financial performance milestones in (or "for"?) 2014.

Не уверен, что это правильный перевод. В МТ россыпь вариантов предлагается..

А мне кажется, нихтшиссен дело говорит про targets (плановые задания), ибо тем самым подчеркивается то, что должно быть, а не то, что было. Да и techno-economic vas_dem может вполне подойти. Одним словом "содрал" бы их варианты:)
