Привет, коллеги.
Вопрос касательно гидро-технических сооружений.
Как вы считаете, как лучше перевести "декларирование безопасности ГТС"? Кто-нибудь знает, как подобная процедура называется, например, в Великобритании или США? И есть ли там подобный документ - Декларация безопасности (Safety Declaration Certificate?) - в отношении именно ГТС?
Традиционно саму декларацию часто переводят как "safety declaration for hydraulic structures".

В книге Regulatory Frameworks for Dam Safety: A Comparative Study
(Daniel D. Bradlow, Alessandro Palmieri, and Salman M. A. Salman), изданной World Bank, есть такой пассаж о РФ (siteresources.worldbank.org):

The Russian Federation
The relevant statute for dam safety in Russia is Federal Law 21.07.97, N117- OC, adopted by the State Duma on June 23, 1997. This statute deals with the safety of stateowned hydraulic structures. Pursuant to articles 5 and 6 of this law the government of the Russian Federation designates a part of the federal executive as responsible for the safety of all hydraulic structures, except those that are owned by municipalities. Article 7 requires that the government of the Russian Federation establish a register of hydraulic structures. Article 8 of the law sets out the requirements for ensuring the safety of hydraulic structures. It requires the authorities to establish permissible levels of risk for the failure of dams; to take actions to ensure the safety of hydraulic structures, including specifying the criteria for dam safety and the technical equipment for monitoring safety; to maintain local alarm systems for emergencies; and to finance activities related to the construction, operation, and de-commissioning of hydraulic structures. Pursuant to article 10, the owner or operating agency of the hydraulic structure must file a declaration of safety with the relevant authorities. This declaration must contain information relating to the compliance of the hydraulic structure with the applicable dam safety criteria. The declaration must be made four months prior to the commencement of dam operations. Thereafter it must be repeated every five years. Article 16 provides that natural and legal persons are entitled to compensation for harm caused by violations of dam-safety legislation. Furthermore, article 17 provides that the owner or the relevant operating agency is liable for any damage caused by the failure of the hydraulic structure. However, pursuant to article 18, the state may be liable for some damage if the amount of the actual damage exceeds the amount specified as the amount of civil damage due under article 17 of the law.

да, практически нет причин не попробовать. потребуется мало-мальское знание английского, но у вас его не занимать

safety declaration for hydraulic structures/ declaration of safety of hydraulic structures - мне кажется, этих слов вполне достаточно, чтобы построить конкретное предложение (которое вы как всегда скрываете), и право же, нет нужды устраивать по этому поводу крупномасштабные поиски)))

не только ведь нуждой живем - профессия-то творческая; требует вдохновения, драйва
