Ребят, правильно ли я понимаю предложение в Договоре:
No partner is a third party beneficiary under any other NESSCAP Agreement, including but not limited to any other Partner Agreement.

Контекс:
Nothing stated in this Agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership relationship between Partner and NESSCAP, or as creating the relationship of employer and employee, master and servant, or principal and agent between the parties hereto. The parties agree that this is a product supply agreement only, and not a franchise, license, or other agreement. No partner is a third party beneficiary under any other NESSCAP Agreement, including but not limited to any other Partner Agreement.

Правильно ли, что в предложении " No partner is a third party beneficiary under any other NESSCAP Agreement, including but not limited to any other Partner Agreement" - ни один из Партнеров не является третьим лицом, получающим выгоду (сторонним бенефициаром) в рамках любого другого соглашения NESSCAP........

Подскажите плиз, это не на перевод, мне нужно самой понять смысл. Верно ли я его понимаю?
