Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести одно предложение из договора купли-продажи:provided that Seller has received in its designated account the Pre-Payment or full payment, as the case may be for such Product Installment in immediately available funds; Вот контекст:
5.2 Subject to Sections 2.3 and 4.1 -4.2:
5.2.1 All Product Installments that the aggregate amount of their respective Purchase Orders does not exceed USD 1,000,000 (whether supplied or to be supplied) ("First Product Installments"), shall be shipped within thirty (30) working days from the date of payment of thirty percent (30%) of the relevant Installment Price as defined below ("Pre-Payment") for such Product Installment, such payment to be calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section 3 below;
5.2.2 subsequent Product Installments ("Second Product Installments")(i.e., a Product Installment ordered after reaching accumulative amount of USD 1,000,000) shall be shipped within thirty (30) working days from the date of full payment for such Product Installment, such payment to be calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section 3 below;
(First Product Installments together with Second Product Installments shall mean Product Installments, as defined above).
and provided that Seller has received in its designated account the Pre-Payment or full payment, as the case may be for such Product Installment in immediately available funds; and further provided that Buyer has obtained all applicable government and other approvals, authorizations and consents related to the delivery of the Products, including relating to the importation of the Products into the destination country.
