Manufacturer shall, not later than at the end of each following month, provide the Representative with a written statement of the commission due for deliveries which have BEEN AFFECTED during that period. The commission indicated in the statement shall fall due for payment on the date of the statement, and if claimed by the Representative payment shall be effected no later than on the 15th day of the month succeeding the month in which the statement was to be given.

low volume здесь, возможно - небольшая партия/заказ/объем, за что в счете выставляется отдельная надбавка, как и за прочее обиралово...

affected - может и очепятка, ширше бы контексту глянуть...

The commission indicated in the statement shall fall due for payment on the date of the statement, and if claimed by the Representative payment shall be effected no later than on the 15th day of the month succeeding the month in which the statement was to be given. Commissions on shipments for which payment is not received, or which are returned, or for which adjustments or allowances are given, or for which later payments are incurred, shall be reduced and debited against later commissions payable

barred.

Думаю, все же "произведены" а не "затронуты"... Потому что по всяким недостачам и вычетам дальше отдельно идет.

А почему же дальше отдельно идет, как новая мысль:
Commissions on shipments for which payment is not received, or which are returned, or for which adjustments or allowances are given, or for which later payments are incurred, shall be reduced and debited against later сommissions payable to Representative.
? Вот тут-то и рассказывается о комиссиях, которые были affected.
А до этого стейтмент по-моему вообще, в целом, по всем комиссиям, а не только по измененным за счет уценки

Но то, что вижу я - это два разных условия - одно определяет предоставление ведомости, указывающей что и почему было урезано, а второе указывает, что выплата будет снижена (по перечисленным причинам) и вычтена из последующей...

баюшки-баю.... только маловато будет - 4 часа всего? себя надо беречь и отдыхать достаточно, дорогуша... ;o)

Я решила оставить "произведены", т.к. это включает и урезанные комиссии. А полный отчет же тоже должен представляться, так что это скорее всего он. Спасибо )
