All such products must be returned prepaid to the Export Order Department. A restocking charge of 25% applies on all returned goods based on Distributor’s net price. Upon inspection,
a CREDIT will be issued within thirty (30) days of receipt. Handling charges, restocking charges and reconditioning costs will be deducted from this CREDIT where applicable.

Думаю, неопр. артикль намекает на то, что это все же аккредитив, а не "причитающаяся сумма".
