Subject: Mexican/Texan shootout gen. If any of the Shareholders disagrees with the Mediator’s expert opinion on resolution of the Deadlock or the Mediator is unable to issue an expert opinion on the Deadlock, then the Shareholders shall be entitled to launch a procedure known as “Mexican/Texan shootout” whereby either XXX2 Shares or XXX1 Shares shall be acquired by a respective Shareholder which has offered the higher bid for the Shares of the other Shareholder.Ну и как тут полагается переводить - мексиканская/техасская перестрелка или все-таки русская рулетка? смех-смехом, но я впервые сталкиваюсь, правда :) спасибо! |
