The type approval deadline for Euro V vehicles is the 1st January 2014, but OEMs would like to see more government incentives to encourage the production and purchase of new vehicles. Demand also continues to work towards aligning low emissions standards with low‐sulphur diesel fuel standards. Are the standards observed as a guideline rather than set rules? Спасибо!
