я выделил проблемное предложение

The cams are self locking due to the serrated gears perfectly matching. The top cam is red in color and is to be used for setting the closed position. Actuate the assembly so the valve closes. Now rotate the cam, by depressing the cam downward, in the direction of the actuator rotated to close the valve, continue the rotation till the click on the micro switch is heard. Alternatively if you are permitted to check while the supply is on check the potential dropping to zero across the COM and NO. This is the final position for the close switch. Operate the actuator to bring the valve to the open condition. Use the yellow cam to set the open position. The cam has tobe lifted and rotated till the click in the micro switch is heard.

Видимо, два варианта установки кулачка: либо до щелчка, либо следя за значением potential между клеммами COM и NO. Когда установится в ноль - остановить кулачок.

Potential надо только у технарей спросить, ибо для меня разница между потенциалом, разностью потенциалов, напряжением - ооочень смутная)))

Я не силен в этой тематике но хотя бы по скелету предложения напишу.

С другой стороны, если вам разрешено проводить измерения при включенном питании, проверьте падение потенциала до нуля через COM и NO.
