Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести фразу из договора подписки Subscription Agreement между поставщиком онлайн услуг и отелем.
Все предложение целиком: Service Provider acknowledges that it may obtain or develop information or materials (including without limitation this Subscription Agreement) from Hotel and/or others, without warranty or representation of any kind, which Hotel considers or which Service Provider should consider proprietary and confidential to or of independent economic value to Hotel, actual or potential, regardless whether otherwise protectible under any law, and regardless of protection, markings or dissemination (“Confidential Information”)

Меня смущают without warranty or representation of any kind, не могу понять, к чему эта фраза относится.
И regardless of protection, markings or dissemination просто ставит в тупик и кажется абсолютно бессмысленной.
