Коллеги, помогите, пожалуйста! нужно повесить в офисе объявление, что сегодня с 10 до 12 будет отключена холодная или горячая вода.
Hot and cold water supply will be suspended from 10 a.m to 12 p.m
???
Простая вроде бы вещь, но что-то не могу придумать, как так написать, чтобы "выглядело" по-английски :)

There will be some disruption to the hot water supply on Monday 11th February, whilst our contractors install a new hot water vessel in the plant room. On Monday 11th February, there will be no hot water between 10am to approximately 5pm. On the following three days ( 12th - 14th February ) there may be some disruption to the hot water supply, as we will be operating on 50% capacity.

Cегодня с 10.00 до 12.00 это не "летнее профилактическое отключение", летнее (которое, кстати, потихоньку канает в лету) – это с 10-го по 21-ое, как минимум :-)
