Добрый день! Подскажите как перевести данную фразу:

настоящим соглашением обязуются соблюдать в строжайшей секретности и не открывать другим сторонам любую конфиденциальную информацию, выданную стороной в процессе их сотрудничества друг с другом, за исключением случаев, указанных далее.

варианты неплохие предложены, но есть стандарт, который употребляется чаще всех прочих: the parties (hereby) undertake to keep in strict(est) confidence and not to disclose any and all information...
