Такой вариант: The Internal Bill of Materials shall list the specific location from which the (piece of) equipment was returned, full description of the equipment, its serial number, as well as the date and reference number of the document used in equipment delivery/to deliver the equipment to the above location, and the value of the equipment (if the equipment value is to be marked down, a certificate of wear and tear specifying the extent of wear and tear should be pinned on the back of Internal BOM). |
