Reporting to the Project Controls Manager responsible for consultant and contractor claim analysis and recommendation. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analysing Consultants and Contractors schedules and progress reports
• Perform critical path analysis of schedules
• Prepare independent schedule impact analyses of complex claims and change orders
• Drafting of counter claims for contractor extensions of time claims
• Preparation of monthly and weekly reports Skills • BSc in related subject or equivalent experience
• 10 years post graduate planning experience
• Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major civil and infrastructure projects including roads, bridges and utilities
• Experienced user of Primavera P6, Pertmaster and MS Office
• Experience in Legal proceedings (arbitration, adjudication, etc..)
• Excellent report writing skills
• Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage
• Fluent English both written and spoken
