The Services are deemed delivered by the Supplier when the Client receives the Services in the right quality and quantity – and makes the “Report on delivery and acceptance of rendered services” signed by the authorized representatives of the Contracting Parties, in the form enclosed in this Contract as “Appendix 2” which is the integral part of this Contract. Such acceptance shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Заранее большое спасибо. |
