1. Следует - шину нужно накладывать непосредственно на травмированную конечность.
2. Не следует - шину нужно накладывать поверх одежды.

1. it is required- the split needs to be imposed directly on the injured limb.
2 . it isn't required - the split needs to be imposed over clothes.
