Subject: BLS fin. Доброе утро!Не могу нигде найти значение сокращения BLS. Может кто знает? Контекст следующий: At the time each payment falls due, the annual fee shall be multiplied by BLS/66.10, where BLS is the Annual Average BLS Index applicable to the year in which the payment falls due...
