The Performing Organisation shall notify the Validation Organisation of the Inspection or Check performance within the contractually agreed timescale and shall carry out the Inspection or Check only if the Validation Organisation is attending. A written waiver from the Validation Organisation is required before execution of the Inspection or Check can take place in their absence.

Вам надо прочитать весь текст этого Соглашения (Положения,...или что это у Вас) - и только ТОГДА Вы сами поймете, какое авторы в эти названия вкладывают знaчение.
