Subject: Хумус!!! В статье автор перечисляет ассортимент забегаловок а-ля фаст-фуд: острые крылышки, гамбургеры, пицца маргарита, хумус, кебаб, роллы... Люди, но что такое хумус?!

| gogolesque - you could try and make it yourself - try looking for canned chickpeas , you'll also need tahini (I wonder if you cold find that...), cumin and lemon (as far as I remember) :) |

sedmoi kontinent - here i come! Serahanne - i have also tried making my own, but its never the same (not enough garlic or too much or burnt beans! bad cook here) |
