Привет, всем!
Мне, правда, очень стыдно, что я могу наделать кучу ошибок в маленьком кусочке элементарного текста, пожалуйста, помогите их исправить...

"A director of a small company faces a huge set of problems mainly caused by lack of manpower, time and recourses to engage in various business activities, which start small and quickly snowball. The report is aimed to help managers to identify the main problems to which they must pay special attention, diagnose them, suggest some available remedies and help companies to define their core business."

По моему скромному мнению, есть несколько замечаний:

1) A director of a small company означает одного из директоров какой-то компании;

A small company director - звучит двусмысленно ("маленький директор компании"), тогда как "a small company's director" передавало бы именно тот смысл, который нужно;

The director of a small company - лучший вариант: употребление определенного артикля оправданно, так как дальше идет "of ...", и директор этот единственный у какой-то маленькой компании.

2) После "either" либо нужно "or", либо, к примеру, должно быть "either of the following:"

3) "Ресурсы" всё равно не так пишется: надо "resources".

Может, это и не все ошибки, но в глаза в первую очередь бросилось.
