по-английски обозначается как “Mann J”
титул «mr(s) justice…» всего лишь указывает на то, что он – судья высокого суда (high court of еngland & wales) – это суд первой (и по некоторым лишь категориям дел второй) инстанции
был бы судьей апелляционного суда (court of appeal – вторая инстанция, т.е. уровнем выше высокого суда) – назывался бы «lord justice mann»
по-английски обозначается как “Mann LJ”
