Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести Maintain/maintenance в следующих контекстах (речь идет о графике выполнения работ, я написала «поддержание», но в этом особого смысла не вижу, еще есть вариант "последующая работа над", но это будет включать в себя updating, monitoring, reporting...):

This Clause sets out certain administrative and procedural requirements related to the preparation, MAINTENANCE, updating, monitoring, reporting and application of the Works Schedule, including the reporting of actual and projected progress, the adequacy of resource assignments and the assessment of changes and potential delay impacts on the intended completion dates, as well as the identification of alternative means and methods to mitigate delay impacts.

The Supplier shall develop and MAINTAIN a computer generated Works Schedule in precedence format following Schedule Network Analysis principles.

The Supplier shall during the performance of the Works employ as part of the Key Personnel set out in X the services of at least [eight] fully qualified professional schedulers, each trained and experienced in the development, analysis, MAINTENANCE and reporting of similar schedules on projects of similar size, type and complexity as the Project.

The Supplier shall prepare and MAINTAIN the Works Schedules in accordance with the principles set forth in the text presented in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide (4th edition), including in particular chapter 6, Project Time Management.
