This is to confirm that ...Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is not in the process of winding-up; no action of bankruptcy (insolvency) has been brought against the Company as well as there are no administrative violations committed by it. No entries have been made related to state registration of amendments to the Constitution of the Company. Internal documents provided by the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company have not been elaborated and approved and the activity of the management board of the Company is regulated only by the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.

The Company has been informed about criminal responsibility for submission of knowingly false information to the creditor.

т.е. Constitution of the Company переводится как "Конституция компании" или ещё как-то?

я бы сказал "Уставные документы Компании"...
