we examine competitive position of the project in the CIS states. the comparison is based on the cost of the supply (on the delivered cash cost) to market markets. the costs include plant variable and fixed costs, packaging and delivery to market costs including freight. we compared based on other producers' delivered cash costs at defined gateways to markets.
