По факту получения Оборудования на газоконденсатном месторождении Стороны подписывают Акт приемки-передачи Оборудования, который составляется в двух экземплярах, по одному для каждой стороны. После подписания указанного Акта ответственность за сохранность и техническое состояние оборудования переходит к стороне, получившей Оборудование.The Lessor shall transfer the equipment to the Lessee on FCA Aberdeen. Upon receipt of the equipment at the gas field, the Parties shall sign delivery and acceptance certificate for the equipment, which is made in two copies, one for each Party.
