Здравствуйте, при переводе Политики нужно употреблять долженствование или нет? Посмотрела в нете - какие-то с shall, а в некоторых просто.

Depends on the context. "shall" is used when it implies some obligation. Off the top of my head, e.g. "the Company shall ensure that staff are paid on time". Obviously, writing "the Company ensures that staff are paid on time" conveys a rather different message. As for phrases like "the Company is responsible for prompt payment of staff" - there is no need to write "shall be responsible". "Generally speaking, "shall" is more the language of agreements, etc., where obligations are the order of the day. In short, in company charters, regulations, etc., "shall" is best kept to convey the sense of obligation.
