Пункт 1.2
Контекст:
1.2 The Company agrees to the stipulation of the contract because of the
situation of fact and right of THE DISTRIBUTOR and its corporate
organization and management in particular.

1.3 The rights derived from the contract shall not be assignable by either Party
hereto without prior written consent of the other Party.
1.4 kkkkkkkk grants THE DISTRIBUTOR the following rights for the
duration of the contract:
a) The right to sell the products covered by the trademarks to clients in the
Territory;
b) The right to utilize the trademarks in its own activity for the marketing of
the products;
c) The right to display and utilize signs bearing the message "EXCLUSIVE
HIGH dddddddd FOR ", in its
relationship with the clients.
