Subject: indications gen. Добрый вечер!В данном контексте indications имеет непонятное значение: не получается так, чтобы этот термин имел всегда одно и то же значение, просто не подходит:
Если в одном случае его можно перевести как дефект (например, indications length - условная протяженность дефекта), и это точно подойдет по контексту, то в другом случае этот термин применить невозможно. Если перевести как показатель, то не получится использовать в первом случае. Что же это все-таки такое? Manual UT of longitudinal welds shall be performed in accordance with DNV OS-F101, Appendix D, Clause B300 and table D-6 with the following additional requirements:
a. Indications below 50% DAC shall be maximized using probes with different
angles. All indications (other than cracks) below 50% DAC are acceptable.
b. Any indications that are separated by less than the length of the smallest
indication shall be assessed as one indication. This applies to indication height
and length.
c. Any volumetric indication confirmed by RT, is acceptable if it meets the RT
criteria.
d. The 6 dB drop method shall be used to measure indication length. Indications
shall have a "box" put around their height and length. The height and length of the
"box" shall be the assessed indication size.
