Здравствуйте, помогите, пожалуйста перевести это грамотным юридическим языком.

4.2 За поставку Товара ненадлежащего качества,
Продавец обязан заменить Товар, при условии извещения Продавца о недостатках Товара в течение 2 (двух) календарных дней.

4.2 The Seller shall be obliged to replace the Goods if its quality is inappropriate but in case the Seller got a notification of that within 2 calendar days.
