Вот меня и интересует больше всего, в чем заключается суть этого противопоставления "transportation reservation" versus "personnel reservation".
У меня предположение (хотя весьма смутное и неуверенное), что, может быть, речь идет о бронировании транспортного средства полностью и о бронировании отдельных мест в транспортном средстве. Может быть, вот в этом заключается противопоставление в данном случае?
