Здравствуйте, подскажите. пожалуйста, что значит under-range (vacuum) protection

Over-range (pressure) and under-range (vacuum) protection shall be provided, as required by the design pressure. Over-range protection shall cover at least 30% above the specified range limit without calibration shift.
