For the period of validity of this Agreement the Partner receives remuneration in the amount of 50 % of the total income (royalty) remaining after the payment of telecommunication operators or payment system providers, that is earned by the acquisition of the paid services of the Software by the registered users of the Portal.

( я бы сменила местами части "remaining..." и "that is earned...")
