очень прошу помочь с переводом фразы :
Сведения о наличии либо отсутствии ранее выданных отказов в проведении ГНТЭ, либо досрочного прекращения финансирования предоставляемого объекта ГНТЭ с указанием даты и наименования конкурса в котором объект участвовал, причин отказа или прекращения финансирования, сведений о принятых мерах по устранению обнаруженных ранее замечаний и выполнении рекомендаций (при наличии)-

Information on the presence (absence) of previously issued restrictions to conduct Science and Technology state expert review, information on early termination of the funding of Science and Technology state expert review subject, stating the date and call title of the contest .....( тут я затрудняюсь с переводом), information on measures taken to eliminate priviuosly ...... and implementation of recommendations( if any).

а когда кто-то кому-то отказал - deny (например)

Еще вопрос, как перевести" В случае если объект подавался ранее и набрал по результатам ГНТЭ непроходную (низкую) оценку",
If the project has already been lodged and интересует часть про оценку.
