Her third album is a particularly gut-busting affair.
2) "full-on outta-my-way stomp", "full-on"
With ballads restricted to a couple of strummy ambles, it is a full-on outta-my-way stomp that leaves you worse for wear within minutes.
3) "screw-you"
That said, it helps to know it was recorded last year as a fightback from her breast-cancer diagnosis, and as such is a powerful screw-you to the disease.

Screw you значит "чтоб тебе провалиться", и т.д. и т.п., как там еще говорят. В данном случае значит, что болезнь, так сказать, не сломила ее духа. Full on здесь "безостановочный". Остальное вроде уже говорили.
